29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about July 13, 2023, at 140 North West Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502, the employer failed to develop machine specific procedures for employees who perform maintenance and repair on equipment not limited to, Cranes, CNC machines, Lathes, Mills, Plasma Cutting Machines. Employees locked out equipment based on a general lockout/tagout procedure utilized for all equipment in the company.
