29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): The warning line shall be erected around all sides of the roof work area: On or about June 29, 2023 at 120 West Washington Street, Belleville, Illinois: The employer did not ensure the warning line system, for employee fall protection, was erected around all sides of the roof work area. Warning lines were not erected at the southeast corner and northwest side of the roof.
