29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at the job site located at 1100 Mediterranean Avenue, Columbus, Ohio: On or about June 28, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that an effective safety and health program was initiated and maintained onsite to ensure that hazards such as, but not limited to, operating power tools exposed to struck-by hazards and working at heights exposed to fall hazards were identified and corrected while employees performed hotel remodeling and roofing work onsite.
