29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Eldorado Artesian Springs Inc 1783 Dogwood Street Louisville, CO. : On or about June 22, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught-in and crushing hazards while servicing and performing maintenance on the robotic 5 gallon water line without a developed, documented, and implemented lockout tagout program.
