29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Electro Prime Group LLC. on or about June 20, 2023, at the address of 4510 Lint Ave Unit B, Toledo, OH: The employer did not ensure that an employee operating a JLG Mobile Elevating Platform (Model: E300AJP) utilized a personal fall arrest system during the performance of work tasks from the unit. The employee utilizing the aerial device to perform cable tracing activities with without the benefit of fall protection was exposed to falls of 19'-7" or greater to the ground below.
