29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Dining Area, In Front of Kitchen Area; On or about June 8, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that an extension cords was used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of Manitowoc Ice Maker (Model ID0503W-161, Serial Number 1120223366).
