29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about May 26, 2023, in the pet and baby clothing retail area, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards when boxes, rolling carts and racks were not kept orderly in the aisle passageways.
