29 CFR 1926.416 (a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: On or about May 15, 2023, and at times prior to, Taxiway L (Lima), employees performing electrical isolating procedures were not protected from live electrical circuits in the course of their work, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
