29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Production Floor: On or about 05/15/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards, in that the walking/working surfaces were not maintained in a clean and orderly condition while employees were working in the area and removing plastic and metal wastes from the cardboard bailer line.
