29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(2)(iii): During use, containers for contaminated sharps were not replaced routinely or were allowed to be overfilled: (a) Worksite, 2nd floor South Unit, on or about May 5, 2023 - The sharps container that was installed onto the medicine cart was overfilled with sharps including contaminated safety needles and other potential bloodborne pathogens waste.
