29 CFR 1926.1416(d)(3)(i): The crane was not equipped with a functioning anti-two block device: Location: 549 Summit Ave., Jersey City, NJ, 2nd Floor a. The employer failed to ensure that the crane anti-two block device was functioning before employees utilized the crane to lift loads. Employees lifting a fa�ade curtain wall for a residential building, operated a JMG crane, model MC25S, for tandem load lifting, without a functioning anti-two block device. Violation occurred on and about May 4, 2023
