29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. (a)1505 Lisbon Drive, Parker, CO. On or about April 11, 2023, the employer Kings Exteriors & Gutter Systems, failed to ensure each employee was protected from fall hazards through skylights while working on a roof. The Skylights were approximately 8.5 feet above ground and an employee fell through the skylight and died from his injuries.
