29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Embassy Healthcare Inc dba Embassy of Park Avenue - On or about 3/29/23, and at times prior thereto: the employer did not provide a medical evaluations to determine each employee's ability to use a respirator before required use. Employees were required to wear KN95 and N95 respirators throughout their shifts, for protection against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENATION REQUIRED
