29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 8321 South Upham Way, Littleton, CO 80128: On or about March 28, 2023, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet 6 inches to the ground below, while performing roofing operations on an apartment complex without fall protection. b) 8327 South Upham Way, Littleton, CO 80128: On or about March 28, 2023, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet 2 inches to the ground below, while performing roofing operations on an apartment complex without fall protection.
