29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) On the roadway in front of18193 Huff Road, Milton, DE 19968: On or about March 20, 2023, employees were required to work in proximity to energized power lines and not protected from electric shock while installing a water main and a fire hydrant approximately 5 foot deep inside of an excavation. The power lines were energized but the amount of amps/volts could not be determined no provided by the competent person on site.
