29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. a) Jobsite: 14700 Aerospace Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32832, Warehouse router room: while employees serviced the vacuum extractor system, machine guarding was not installed on the CNC routing machine bit when in use, exposing employees to caught in between hazards, on or about March 13, 2023. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
