29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) (a) On or about 2/15/2023, Orville E. Kean Campus, Charlotte Amalie, VI 00802. The CSHO observed levels of the tubular welded frame scaffolding system not fully planked, exposing employees to a fall from a scaffold. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
