29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(i):Each employer who had a workplace or operation covered by 29 CFR 1926.62 did not initially determine if any employee was exposed to lead at or above the action level of 30 micrograms per cubic meter of air (30 �?g/m3) calculated as an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA): At a jobsite located at 424 South Kansas Avenue Topeka, Kansas, employees working in room 106 were exposed to lead containing materials while performing painting and paint scraping activities. The paint in room 106 was determined to contain 12.598% lead. Employees were exposed to the hazards of lead in that the employer did not initially determine if any employees were exposed to lead at or above the action level.
