29 CFR 1910.107(b)(1):The spray booth was not substantially constructed of steel, securely and rigidly supported, or of concrete or masonry except that aluminum or other substantial noncombustible material may be used for intermittent or low volume spraying: (a) Dakota Digital Inc. at 4510 West 61st Street North, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to February 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fire hazards in that the Paint Booth in the Paint Room was not constructed of steel or other substantial noncombustible material. This exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
