OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) Franklin Storage, L.P., 900 Kriner Road, Chambersburg, PA - Forklift Parking/Charging Area - On or about February 2, 2023, employees were servicing forklifts without a complete suite of protections. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
