29 CFR 1910.269(l)(1)(iii): Electric lines and equipment shall be considered and treated as energized unless they have been deenergized in accordance with paragraph (d) or (m) of this section. A) Consolidated Edison Co. - Holsman Rd. and Campus Rd., Staten Island NY 10301 - The employer did not ensure the electrical lines and equipment were considered and treated as energized while employees were moving 4KV cables to new utility poles. Employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock and burns. Condition occurred on January 18, 2023.
