29 CFR 1910.177(g)(6): Tires on single piece rim wheels were not contained within a restraining device, positioned behind a barrier or bolted on the vehicle with the lug nuts fully tightened during tire inflation: a) Tire service area : On or about January 18 2023 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to inflate tires on single piece rim wheels with no restraining device or barrier used.
