29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors from sources such as frictional heat; static, electrical, and mechanical sparks: a) Production Area - On or about 1/18/23, flammable materials such as, Shop Kleen (FP=1.0 deg F) was transferred from its original container to 1 liter pressure pots. The original containers were not grounded to prevent the build up of static electricity. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
