29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about January 13 2023, at the jobsite located at 643 Washington St, Oconomowoc WI, an employee was performing clean up on the ground without a hard hat on while other employees were installing shingles on the roof above, exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard.
