29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) Customer shopping area: On or about 1/11/23, The employer is not ensuring that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. The customer shopping area had many boxes of varying sizes propped up and stacked haphazardly throughout, causing them to fall over and spill the contents on the floor creating slip/trip hazards.
