29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Center Manufacturing Company, on or about December 14, 2022, at the address of 540 Goodrich Rd. Bellevue, OH; Employees working in the pallet notching department were exposed to fire hazards in that the nearest exit route was obstructed. The employer failed to provide unobstructed access to area of safe refuge beyond exit.
