The Acrylic Resin, (89) 50-gallon drums of Category 3 flammable liquid totaling 4,450 gallons; the T-Butyl Acetate, (19) 55-gallon drums of Category 2 flammable liquid totaling 1,045 gallons; the Roskydal 500A, (15) 55-gallon drums of Category 3 flammable liquid totaling 825 gallons; the Solvent Methyl Ethyl Ketone, (2) 275-gallon totes of Category 2 flammable liquid totaling 550 gallons; the Reclaim Solvent, (26) 55-gallon drums of Category 2 flammable liquid totaling 1,430 gallons; the Suspenso 201K, (8) 55-gallon drums of Category 3 flammable liquid totaling 440 gallons, the Derakane, (5) 55-gallon drums of Category 3 flammable liquid totaling 275 gallons; the Derakane (4) partial 55-gallon drums of Category 3 flammable liquid; the Xylene, (9) 53-gallon drums of Category 3 flammable liquid totaling 477 gallons; the Reclaim Solvent, (8) 55-gallon drums of Category 2 flammable liquid totaling 440 gallons; the Desmopen, (5) 55-gallon drums of Category 3 flammable liquid totaling 275 gallons; and the Solvent Methyl Ethyl Ketone, (1) partial 55-gallon drum of Category 2 flammable liquid was stored in the Hanger Room. b.) The B65T354 Hi-Solids Polyurethane Semi-Gloss Part S Ultradeep/Clear Tint Base, (11) partial 50-gallon drums of Category 3 flammable liquid totaling 455-gallons; the B65W351 Hi-Solids Polyurethane Semi-Gloss Part S Extra White/Tint Base, (6) partial 50-gallon drums of Category 3 flammable liquid totaling 265-gallons; the B65T304, (4) partial 50-gallon drums of Category 3 flammable liquid totaling 171-gallons; the B65W651 Acrolon 218 HS Polyurethane Semi-Gloss Part A Extra White/Tint Base, (17) partial 50-gallon drums of Category 2 flammable liquid totaling 860-gallons was stored between Columns F12-F11. The Sherwin-Williams Company, General Polymers, The Sherwin Williams High Performance Flooring was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576119 , citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at The Sherwin-Williams Company, General Polymers, The Sherwin Williams High Performance Flooring, 145 Caldwell Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45216.
