29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a. On or about December 9, 2022, the employer failed to keep the receiving/storage room in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition exposing employees to trip, fall, and struck by hazards. b. On or about December 9, 2022, the employer failed to keep the aisle, labeled 18 in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition exposing employees to trip, fall, and struck by hazards. c. On or about December 9, 2022, the employer failed to keep the cash register area clean, orderly, and sanitary condition exposing employees to trip, fall, and struck by hazards.
