29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about December 1, 2022, jobsite located at 11445 SW 104th CT Miami FL 33179, the employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program for an employee who was provided with and required to wear a N-95 respirators while vacuuming old insulation and blown-in insulation into attic.
