OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to additional body trauma or potential permanent disabilities injuries that could result from the employers not notifying emergency medical services: a. Jobsite - On or about November 16, 2022, an employee suffered severe body trauma as a result of falling 9 feet off the building roof where 911 professional emergency services was not contacted for administration of professional treatment.
