OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) 19 E 5th St, Patterson NJ- Hot Room: Employees were exposed to fire/explosion hazards from combustible dust with a hazard explosion severity of 3 newton, daily while manufacturing filo dough. Combustible dust from production line 5 was accumulating on surfaces outside the dust collector on or about November 15, 2022.
