29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: Delivery entrance door - The employer did not maintain steps in a safe condition after it was struck by a plow truck. These steps were used used to enter the establishment by employees and delivery drivers and caused employees to trip and fall due to the unlevel condition.
