29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: At the worksite at 6050 Manchester Trafficway Raytown, MO 64133: Employees were exposed to inhalation hazards. The employer required employees to wear respirators when exposed to hazards including but not limited to pesticides, cannabis dust, and herbicides. The employer did not develop and implement a respiratory protection program in order to protect employees while wearing respirators.
