The employer does not ensure that all emergency exits are free and unobstructed. a) On or about November 7, 2022, the employer did not ensure that all emergency exit doors were free and unobstructed in that the emergency exit door in the stock room was blocked by empty u-boats. b) On November 8, 2022, the employer did not ensure that all emergency exit doors were free and unobstructed in that the emergency exit door in located by the rugs was blocked by u-boats filled with product and trash cans filled with mops/brooms.
