29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about November 18, 2022, the employer did not ensure periodic inspections of energy control procedures were being performed at least annually to ensure the requirements of the standard were being followed. The employer did not ensure an inspection was conducted for procedures including but not limited to the Cincinnati Milacron (G99), Knurling (K42, K43), Polisher (E-13), and Polisher (E-06). Hazardous energies present on the equipment include but are not limited to pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and gravitational energy.
