29 CFR 1910.27(b)(2)(vi): The employer did not ensure that each employee uses a separate, independent personal fall arrest system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part: On or about 10/25/2022 at the jobsite located at 1 North Breakers Row, PALM BEACH, FL 33480, employees were exposed to a 67 foot 7 inches fall hazard, in that; an independent personal fall arrest system was not connected to its anchorage.
