29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) Throughout the facility, located at 503 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, #200, Savannah, GA 31407, on or about October 24, 2022, the employer exposed employees to entrapment hazards, in that the employer failed to maintain free and unobstructed routes to exit the facility by allowing rubbish and equipment to be stacked in six exit routes.
