29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(3)(ii): Building and facility owners did not maintain records of all information required to be provided pursuant to this section and/or otherwise known to the building owner concerning the presence, location and quantity of ACM and PACM in the building/facility. a) At the sorting and distribution area in the Klamath Falls Post Office, located at 317 S 7th St., Klamath Falls, OR 97601: on or about 11-1-2022 and times prior to, the employer failed to maintain a copy of all records required to be maintained by this section, including but not limited to a copy of survey determining the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM at the Klamath Falls Post Office.
