29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Throughout the facilities, located at 7251 Zell Miller Parkways, Statesboro, GA 30458, on or about October 3, 2022, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and crushing hazards, in that employees did not utilize procedures for the control of hazardous energy when they performed work on the equipment throughout the facility.
