29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard. a) On September 29, 2022 an employee installing an exterior LED lighting fixture was exposed to a 13.5 foot fall to ground while working from a truck-mounted telescopic boom lift without a personal fall arrest system. Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
