29 CFR 1910.147(d)(5)(ii): Where there was a possibility of re-accumulation of stored energy to a hazardous level, verification of isolation was not continued until the servicing or maintenance was completed, or until the possibility of such accumulation: a) At 12551 Georgia 273 West, Cedar Springs, GA 39832 on or about September 20, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards in that verification of isolation was not completed while performing maintenance during a scheduled outage on blow tank 2.
