29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):(1) Rungs and steps of portable metal ladders are corrugated, knurled, dimpled, coated with skid-resistant material, or otherwise treated to minimize the possibility of slipping. On or about September 27, 2022, with respect to an establishment located at 1400 Plover Road, Plover, WI 54467, a portable ladder used for maintenance in the Sowa area of the outdoor receiving area did not have rungs that were designed, or treated, to prevent the possibility of slipping.
