29 CFR 1926.51(f)(3)(ii):Each lavatory was not provided with hot and cold running water, or tepid running water. a) Street side next to admin office trailer: On or about 24 August, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to possible severe illness caused by Salmonella, E. coli O157, noroviruses, Hepatitis A, and Coronavirus, as well as respiratory infections such as adenoviruses, in that they did not provide hot and cold running water, or tepid running water for use at the portable lavatories.
