29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Alvada/ACI Construction Company INC on or about August 23, 2022, at the address of 1835 East 4th Street, Lima, Oh: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing wood framing activities on top a commercial structure. During this activity, employees were exposed to falls up to 17 ft. to the ground below.
