29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i):The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: On or about August 4, 2022, the employer failed to identify and implement the use of appropriate types of personal protective equipment (chemical and heat resistant apron/gloves/sleeves and goggles) to protect employees from hazards, such as but not limited to, burns from pressurized (100 psi at full pressure) and heated/boiling steam (240 + degrees) made up of water and caustic chemicals.
