29 CFR 1910.266(f)(1)(iii): Employees such as a machine operator or maintenance employee did not comply with the manual's operating and maintenance instructions: (a) On or about July 19, 2022, 985 Bluff City Road, Somerville, AL, the equipment used to support the cutting head on a skidder permitted the cutting head to swing and drop to the ground exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
