29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) Jobsite located at 250 North Commerce Drive, Aston, PA-Scenic Department: On or about July 18, 2022, a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to chemicals contained in products used at the worksite, including but not limited to the following: -Calcium sulfate hemihydrate, Perlite, Calcium sulfate, Dolomite, Crystalline silica (Quartz) contained in Structo-Lite Basecoat Plasters -Calcium sulfate hemihydrate, Limestone, Calcium sulfate dihydrate, Crystaline silica (Quartz) contained in Sheetrock Brand Easy Sand Lightweight Setting-Type Joint Compound 45 -2-methylpentane-2,4-diol and Acetic acid ethenyl ester contained in Octoweld -Acetone, Propone, Cyclohexane, Petroleum distillates, Hexane contained in 3M Super 77 Multipurpose Adhesive
