29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a. Site - On or about July 11, 2022, the employer failed to provide employees with a safety and health program to identify, prevent and eliminate employees exposed to hazards including falls. JSH Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1567605, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 111-113 Lock St., Nashua, NH.
