29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a) Fish Processing Room - On or about July 20, 2022, employees processed salmon utilizing a Ryco Salmon Gutter, model #645F and a Ryco Salmon Header, model #226B. Employees were exposed to health hazards due to fish biproducts and other material remaining after the sanitation process and visible on inside of the conveyor area. b) Stateroom 7 - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, the wall and floor area of the latrine were not cleaned, exposing employees to health hazards.
