29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 109 North Avenue, Jonesboro, Amenity Space/NW area - On or about July 5, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure employees were protected from falls when employees were walking/working on the second level at 11 feet and 6.5 inches above a lower level while installing electrical boxes and receptacles when no alternative methods were used for fall protection.
